Vancomycine iv: dosis afhankelijk van spiegels en nierfunctie neem hiervoor contact op met de apotheker
OOK altijd lokale therapie:
vancomycine 1 mg intravitreaal
+ vancomycine 25 mg subconjunctivaal
+ vancomycine 5% a 1-3 uur lokaal
