OOK altijd lokale therapie:

  • intravitreaal cefazoline 2,25 mg in 0,1 ml op dag 1
  • subconjunctivaal cefazoline 100 mg in 0,5 ml op dag 1 - 5
  • lokaal cefazoline oogdruppels 5% 4 - 8 dd op dag 1 - 5
