General comments

OOK altijd lokale therapie:

  • intravitreaal clindamycine 1 mg in 0,1 ml op dag 1
  • subconjunctivaal clindamycine 25 mg in 0,5 ml op dag 1 - 5
  • lokaal clindamycine oogdruppels 5% 4 - 8 dd op dag 1 - 5
