General comments
Indien H.influenzae obv de (sputum)kweek bekend is, kan indien gevoelig (S of I) behandeld worden met amoxicilline 750mg 3dd per os of amoxicilline+clavulaanzuur 875/125 mg 3dd per os, totale behandelduur 5 dagen.
Bij goede klinische respons op ceftriaxon iv, eventuele iv-orale switch na 48uur en totale behandelduur 5 dagen, tenzij aanwijzingen voor pleuraempyeem | CZEMMC of longabces | CZEMMC.
