General comments
Geen behandeling tenzij ernstige infectie en/of patiënten met met een verhoogd risico op complicaties (patiënten met endovasculair kunstmateriaal en bij immuungecompromitteerde patiënten). De antibiotische behandeling van milde infecties kan de relapse-frequentie doen toenemen.
