Indications: secundaire profylaxe

	Medication: vancomycine po 250mg 1dd	Remarks: Alleen iom arts-microbioloog bij patiënten van wie bekend is dat zij CDI ontwikkelen n.a.v. een bekende trigger en bij kwetsbare patiënten bij wie het risico op een recidief CDI om een andere reden groot is. Secundaire profylaxe te gebruiken vanaf de start van de uitlokkende factor tot 5 dagen na het stoppen van die factor.

Stop zo mogelijk verantwoordelijk antibioticum, en isoleer patiënt.
